Wolfgang Puck Catering – Darla Varrenti, FMP, Regional Manager│206.730.8842
At Wolfgang Puck Catering, we blend the freshest and finest ingredients to provide award-winning restaurant quality cuisine and service with “a la minute” cooking. We firmly believe every event should be a seamless, smooth-flowing occasion. Not just for your guests, but for you. At Benaroya Hall, you can also enjoy Puck’s, a café offering signature menus and insight into a chef’s journey. And at the Seattle Design Center, visitors can satisfy their appetites for world class design and world class dining in a singular setting, featuring Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant “WP” and unparalleled event spaces, such as the atrium and the plaza.

Sitka & Spruce – 3228 Eastlake Ave E│206.324.0662
Chef-owner Matt Dillon, most recently of the Stumbling Goat, offers a menu that's an unusually sensitive barometer of Northwest seasons. Such natural finery generally is restricted to the area's pricier restaurants, but Sitka and Spruce is practically budget dining. In a particularly nice touch, most dishes are available in either small or large sizes, so diners can choose whether they feel like eating pasta as an appetizer or as an entree. Dillon brings the Seattle trend of chef-owned restaurants to an even more personal plane, with the cooks occasionally taking orders and often delivering food to the table.

Diane’s Market Kitchen – 1101 Post Ave.│206.624.9614
Join Diane LaVonne for an engaging and unique food experience, one which connects the farmer, the ingredients, and cooking, with the finished product. You will start with lessons on choosing fresh ingredients for the day’s menu at the “Heart of Seattle” the Pike Place Market, where you will meet many of the farmer vendors and shop owners she has known for more than 20 years. After the tour you will go to her kitchen for a fun, interactive experience, learning about, preparing and enjoying the best of what the Northwest has to offer from its waters, farms, orchards, and vineyards.

Stumbling Goat Bistro – 6722 Greenwood Ave N│206.784.3535
Our intention is to support our local farmers, ranchers and independent producers, while creating really wonderful food. We use organic and sustainable products whenever possible and support our local farmers markets every week. You may find several combinations of seasonal produce on our plates, but you will rarely find produce that is not locally, or at least, regionally grown. As we "think global, buy local", we hope to help invigorate our small and independent business community and create an even stronger economy, which can flourish even in the most challenging of times.

Union Square Grill – 621 Union│206.224.4321
It only takes a glance at the menu at Union Square Grill to understand innovation in cuisine. Our offerings are fun, approachable examples of contemporary American fare. Never stuffy, we focus on cravable favorites such as a Cider Brined Port Chops with Balsamic roasted Washington Granny Smith apples, Sitka Sound Alaskan King Salmon, Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken with fresh arugula-goat cheese stuffing, and New York Strip with smashed potatoes. We never want you bored, so we change our menus frequently, highlighting unique, fun and seasonal ingredients. We serve innovation daily.

Rover’s – 2808 E Madison│206.325.7442
Our menu is best described as the cuisine of the Pacific Northwest refined by a French accent. The Chef in the Hat provides the French accent while the bounty of the Pacific Northwest provides the raw ingredients. We do not serve classical French food. Instead we use traditional French techniques to tease out the flavors of the region’s best ingredients. Chef Thierry Rautureau is passionate about sourcing ingredients that are local, sustainable, organic, and seasonal. He buys from a variety of purveyors that include mushroom foragers, Washington State cheese makers, and area farmers.

Tom Douglas Restaurants – Corporate Office 2030 5th Ave│206.448.2001
Chef and cookbook author Tom Douglas is known for his creative approaches with regional ingredients, and his cuisine has helped to define the Northwest style.  The Dahlia Lounge boasts an open kitchen, applewood grill, a full bar and 50-seat private dining room. Palace Kitchen is well-known for serving a full menu until 1:00 a.m. seven days a week and has an open kitchen, big flavored menu and an applewood grill with a rotisserie specials on a nightly basis. Lola has a modern Greek menu using mostly fresh & local ingredients and is located in the Hotel Andra. At Etta’s locals and tourists alike will find the best fish and seafood from the Pacific Northwest’s abundant waters.

Harvest Vine – 2701 East Madison│206.320.0771
The Harvest Vine opened in September of 1998 as a gourmet take out and wine shop, an extension of owners Joseba Jiménez de Jiménez and wife Carolin Messier de Jiménez's three year old catering company. To meet the exuberant demands of the neighborhood, the pair quickly evolved the tiny 612-square-foot space into a lively restaurant. It was essentially a kitchen with 22 seats. In January of 2003, they expanded into an adjoining space, creating a cozy wine cellar dining room. With its floor to ceiling wine racks, hand-hewn beams and 200-year-old Spanish doors guests feel transported to a Basque bodega.

Barking Frog – 14580 NE 145th Street│206.448.2001
It's difficult to say what is most appealing about the Barking Frog - the food, the wine, the atmosphere. All of the above earned this casual bistro featuring country fresh Northwest cuisine rave reviews. Honors have included "Restaurant of the Year," "Most Innovative Wine List" and "Wine Grand Award" honors, presented by the Washington Wine Commission. Delectable dishes entice guests to linger in the light-filled dining room or to gather around the fireplace, while in the summer, lunch and dinner are served in the courtyard.

Mona’s Bistro and Lounge – 6421 Latona Ave. NE│206.526.1188
The cuisine at Mona's is basically "Mediterranean," but not strictly so. At the bar, in addition to the full dinner menu, you can order from a great little "Tapas" menu that features items that are usually well suited to sharing amongst friends. It is easy to drop in and order a few different items, have a couple of cocktails, and end up with a fine meal for the evening. On Thursday and Saturday evenings, they also feature live jazz in the bar.

0/8 Seafood Grill – 900 Bellevue Way NE Suite 100│425.637.0808
0/8 Seafood Grill, serving Northwest flavors, and Twisted Cork Wine Bar, a spirited lounge, are located in the Hyatt Regency Bellevue.  The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday with dinner served nightly.  Weekend brunch is served Saturday and Sunday mornings.  In the wine bar, live entertainment is available late night five nights a week along with weekly wine events and monthly beverage dinners. In its first year, 0/8 was chosen a “Peoples Picks” winner by readers of the Seattle Times in 2007.

Ray’s – 6049 Seaview Ave NW│206.789.3770
The finest sustainable Northwest seafood, artisan cheeses, local produce and meats, a Wine Spectator award-winning wine list of over 700 selections and our trademark hospitality make Ray's Boathouse Restaurant an unforgettable dining experience. Widely regarded as a “must visit” by locals and travelers alike, Ray’s Boathouse is world-renowned for its impassably freshg Northwest seafood. Our culinary professionals, led by Executive Chef Peter Birk, hand select the best products from local purveyors and then prepare them simply to enhance the naturally fresh, clean flavors and succulent textures.

Waterfront Seafood Grill – 2801 Alaskan Way Pier 70│206.956.9171
At Waterfront, you’ll find delicious food and great wine—everything that the Mackay family of restaurants is known for—but you may also discover an unexpected element of good, old-fashioned Southern hospitality, a rare and cherished find here in the Northwest. It manifests itself in all sorts of warm ways, from thoughtfully posed questions (after which guests are given time to answer and intently listened to when they do), to genuine smiles and eye contact. General Manager, Chris Sparkman understands that when it comes to providing unparalleled service for diners, it’s the little things make the Waterfront experience stand out from the rest.

Café Flora – 2901 E Madison Street│206.325.91
Cafe Flora consistently utilizes local produce and dairy throughout all of our menus.  The Market Menu elevates the farm to table experience. The produce for this meal is handpicked or hand crafted from a variety of local farms, creameries, and mushroom foragers and selected by us at the farmers market. A new addition to the Café Flora experience is our Market Menu. Served only on Friday and Saturday nights in addition to our Café Menu, this thirty five dollar three course prix-fixe meal features organic produce from local Washington farms.

Pan-Africa Café – 1521 1st Ave│206.652.2461
Bright tiled counters and big windows keep things summery, even on cloudy afternoons, while carved wooden chairs supply a cozy seat for a leisurely lunch break. Thanks to kind service and friends of the owner stopping in, this is the sort of welcoming neighborhood cafe Pike Place Market specializes in, outside of the tourist season. Half the menu is Ethiopian; the other half rotates through the other countries at a rate of one per month. Standard dishes from the Ethiopian side include richly flavored red lentils, mild potato and cabbage stew, and thick yellow split peas, which could use a little extra seasoning. When it's Zimbabwe's turn in the rotating roster, try the chicken yaissa, which combines lemons, onions and mustard seed for a tartly succulent feast. City Catering Company - 1318 E Pine Street | 206.721.0334
In 2001, City Catering started with a desire to make interesting food that tasted good and was served with a simple clean style. The business grew quickly through word of mouth and we moved into a 3500 square foot former bakery on Seattle’s Capitol Hill. We strive to pair seasonal and fresh food with warm professional service and a sleek urban style. Named by Seattle Magazine as Seattle's Most Creative Caterer, we are cooks, style gurus, service geeks, and bean counters.
